Hi there, I’m Keisha Malone. The face, heart, and brain behind Prime Mental Health.
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who truly loves what I do. I get to help people find balance, emotional stability, and thrive in life.
I specialize in medication management for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I’m not your “cold, clipboard-in-hand” type of provider. I show up with warmth, humor, and compassion. I believe mental health care should be real, human, and free of judgment.
If you work with me, you’ll quickly learn:
- I’m direct, but kind.
- I will cheer for you even when you don’t feel like cheering for yourself.
- I take my time to ACTUALLY listen. No rushing, no cookie-cutter prescriptions.

Prime Mental Health offers clinical rotations designed for graduate-level Psych NP students seeking clinical experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnostic reasoning, medication management, and treatment planning.
Application Process
- Submit your request for placement
- Provide school requirements
- Complete the preceptorship agreement
- Secure your rotation with a $250 deposit
